I had a decent stay overall at this hotel, which is situated right in front of the Holy Dargah Sharif of Hazrat ShahJalal in Sylhet, making it a prime spot for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms, although clean, felt a bit cramped and could use better ventilation. The service was attentive and they took care of all our needs promptly. Dining was surprisingly good with a range of delicious options. Even though the location is brilliant, the congestion around the area can be a bit overwhelming.
